As we prepare to enter the blessed month of Ramadhan — a time of fasting, reflection, compassion, and community — I am delighted to reach out to you once again with a warm invitation.

Building on the spirit of fellowship and dialogue we have shared in the past, we are pleased to be organizing our annual Interfaith and Multicultural Flavours of Iftar Dinner. This special evening brings together friends from all faiths, cultures, and philosophical traditions to reflect on the shared values that unite us.

The program will feature interfaith reflections by scholars from different religious traditions on the meaning and purpose of fasting, along with a multicultural segment highlighting how Iftar is observed across various cultures around the world. These conversations are always enriching and help deepen mutual understanding and respect.

The evening will conclude with a multicultural Iftar banquet, featuring traditional iftar dishes. We are expecting approximately 200 guests, including faith leaders, community partners, and friends from across the region.

It would be a true pleasure to have you join us on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 4:00 pm Kitchener City Hall – Rotunda

Your presence would greatly add to the warmth and spirit of this gathering, and we would be honoured to welcome you.
