On this International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination, Immigration Partnership WR is hosting an event to further conversations about how to support, empower, and establish a culture that encourages employees to speak up regarding racism and oppression. Let us work towards creating a safe space for equity-seeking/deserving staff to do so without fear of reprisal. There is a strong need to call on every one of us to actively dismantle racial prejudice, whether it is interpersonal, systemic, client-focused, and/or departmental barriers to equity.
